Cardiff Bay Yacht Club approached us to design a new-build two-storey extension to their existing club-house.

We are currently working with them to extend their existing facilities to include a function suite with separate bar for the member, new changing facilities for the junior members and general refurbishment throughout.

The design features a sun-terrace for looking out over Cardiff Bay, with Penarth beyond; changing and office facilities and two lounges with restaurants and a bar, all with balconies overlooking the bay. There is also a look-out tower on a third floor to appreciate even more dramatic views.
