We won a design competition for a large-scale mixed-use development in the heart of Wrexham for our client DMR (North Wales) Ltd. With 103 apartments in total, basement parking for 191 cars, plus bicycles and café/restaurants facing a central piazza/open air venue, the site will be transformed into a vibrant and exciting venue for both locals and visitors to the area.
